Second edition, no.1 of 100 copies. Three loosely inserted woodblock printed, numerous colour photographic reproductions of Kawakami’s works. Folio, measuring 341 by 266mm. Morocco binding with hand-coloured woodblock print laid in, original cream card folding case with woodblock print to upper lid and a cardboard box with printed title, small amount of glue residue to upper board and some natural blemishes, a near fine copy. Unpaginated. Tokyo, Asahi Newspaper Company, Showa 50 [i.e, 1975.

The first edition was printed the previous year, in 1974. The present copy is one of the second, but far superior editions. Only 100 copies were made, and they were decadently bound in leather with a woodblock print laid in. Additionally, this edition comes with three special edition woodblock prints.
