Within 14 days of receipt of your items if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned and a full refund will be made, provided the items are in the same condition as when purchased. The refund will be made on our receiving the returned goods.  

If any items are returned as a result of a customer's failure to comply with import regulations in their destination country, Maggs reserves the right to deduct incurred costs from any refund, including shipping & handling and payment processing fees.
