A fine copy of this Schlarraffenland map, a wonderful satire on human debauchery. Divided into nineteen counties, seven of them are homages to the deadly sins. The map is closely linked with the work of Johann Andreas Schnebelin, whose Erklärung der Wunder-seltzamen Land-Charten Utopiae was first published in 1694. This map can probably be attributed to Johann Baptist Homann.
