A nice association copy; inscribed by the author to English poet and critic Anthony Thwaite on title page: ‘To Ann and Anthony Well met in Norwich Ian McEwan’. With a ticket for a literary festival featuring McEwan, as well as a newspaper clipping with a column by the same, loosely inserted.
A good copy only, dust jacket with a few vague stains and scuff marks, light foxing to endpapers.
