Transcriptions of the discussions following papers delivered by David S. McLellan - “The Historical Problem” and Watt - “Europe and the Marshall Plan”. Loosely inserted TLS from Truman thanking Watt for his letter - in which he had hoped “to be presented to you” on his trip to England and expressing the “honour to be one of your greatest admirers”, carbon copy included - explaining that reports of his plans were erroneous, but that he hoped to be in Enlgand during 1965.
