Seamas O’Sullivan (no particular relation) was one of the few editors who still published Vincent in these later years, though there was no money involved in it. It’s not particularly relevant, but the cataloguer can’t resist quoting Yeats on Seamas, a notably social but argumentative man: “the trouble with Seumas is that when he’s not drunk, he’s sober”.
