Gastineau 3/14/02’. The recipient, Andrew Rudd, was CEO of Barra, Inc. from 1984 to 1999. Barra was acquired by Morgan Stanley and renamed MSCI Barra.

Gastineau (1940-2022) is one of the ‘fathers’ of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). He was an expert in the field and directed product development of ETFs at the American Stock Exchange and Nuveen Investments. This book ‘offers the most complete treatment of ETFs available, from asset allocation and risk management to taxation and financial planning’ (dust jacket blurb).
