Fol., 94pp., three-quarter green morocco backed in green marbled boards with matching green buckram slipcase. Spine lettered in gilt, endpapers after prints by Henry Bradbury, title with green press device, printed on ‘Amstel’ mould-made paper. Designed by George Rainbird and Ruari McClean.
