H.M.S. "Enterprise". Story of the First Commission. April 7th, 1926, to December 19th, 1928.

An interesting record of the first commission of HMS Enterprise, which included two cruises in the Persian Gulf. It contains valuable sections on Kuwait in 1928, when the crew assisted in the defence of the town against potential attacks during the Ikhwan Rebellion.

Taking place from April 1926 to December 1928, the Enterprise’s route encompassed Mombasa, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Colombo, Diyakalawa, Sohar (Oman), Hengam Island, Basra, Kuwait and Mauritius.
