Lacks the first blank which would have born the limitation details (2000 on Alpha and 500 Madagascar). Last blank also removed. The half title page and title page have been detached (probably when the first blank was removed) but have been re-affixed with sellotape. However, the half title page is inscribed in ink - “To Russell Chapman Esq. with Compliments and Gratitude - Georges-Marie Haardt/ L.
