Tisberto writes to the Viceroy of Mexico asking for the latter’s approval of the betrothal of his sister, Doña Lucrecia Pio de Savoya with the Marques de Casasola, son of the Conde de Puñonrostro.

The Puñonrostro estates in Florida were subsequently the subject of a celebrated legal “test case” when Spain ceded the whole of Florida to the United States in 1820.
