SIMENON (Georges).
Maigret Goes to School.

Originally published in French in 1954, Jules Maigret is called away from Paris to investigate the murder of a former postmistress in a small village close to La Rochelle, with the local schoolmaster amongst the chief suspects.

An excellent copy in the wonderful Peter Rudland dust jacket, thin strip of faint partial offsetting to endpapers with just a hint of spotting to edges of text-block, contents otherwise generally clean, slight lean to spine, corners gently bumped, jacket price clipped with a hint of dust-marking to rear panel.
