Homma Takashi most famous books is ‘Tokyo Suburbia’ for which he was awarded the Kimura Ihei Prize. However, he has been publishing continuously and the present 18th book takes us away from his well-known images of fashion and suburbia: Almost all of the images have the same proportion between sea and sky and yet there is a sense of movement and drama that is so characteristic of the sea.
