Inscribed by the author to the photographer Douglas Glass, “For Douglas Glass from JC Powys July 6th 1949”. Glass photographed both J.C & T.F. Powys on a number of occasions. Light damp staining to the lower edge of the upper cover, otherwise a very good copy in a torn and chipped dust jacket with two inches missing from the bottom of the spine.
