Rare. Having studied in Italy and worked in Portugal, Ottoni returned to Brazil at the time of the French invasion. In 1825, he served as Oficial da Secretaria da Marinha in Brazil, he later published a Portuguese translation of the Book of Job as well as collections of poetry.
