In this work, published as the fourth instalment of The Library of Living Philosophers series, nineteen contemporary philosophers examine Moore’s philosophy, with contributions by Alice Ambrose, Norman Malcolm, Morris Lazerowitz, and C.D. Broad, amongst others. The collection also contains two significant original contributions by Moore, including ‘An Autobiography’ by Moore and a substantial 135 page ‘Reply to My Critics’, including sections on ‘Ethics’, ‘Sense Perception’ and ‘Philosophic Method’. The volume ends with a bibliography of Moore’s writings prepared jointly by Moore and Emerson Buchanan.
