Splendid little guide to “the shortest methods of making a Military Sketch or Survey.” On the title page Drayson is described as “Assistant-Instructor in Surveying, etc., Royal Military Academy, Instructor in Topographical Drawing, etc., to the Royal Artillery.” He achieved the rank of Colonel in 1874.
