A presentation copy, inscribed in the very shaky hand of Marie Rambert on the title page ‘For Sylvester with best wishes from Marie Rambert’, a date has been written in another hand in pencil ‘26.4.79’. Loosely inserted towards the front of the volume are several documents referring to the service of thanksgiving for Marie Rambert held on the thirtieth of September 1982, including invitations and memorial fund details.
