Second Giunti edition; octavo; four folding engraved maps of the continents, woodcut printer’s mark on the title-page. Contemporary vellum, five raised bands and later red morocco label to spine. Some minor staining to covers and extremities slightly worn. Venetia : I Giunti, 1650.

Botero’ text was re-edited for an edition published by the Giunti, in 1640. For this edition, they prepared a new set of maps, based on previous edition, but with a curious dotted engraved line added round the continents.
