Spine very slightly faded, but a very good copy in Binding A. One leaf of ads at end. The preface is perhaps not a model of scholarly accuracy. Per BM Add MS. 50927 Chiswick Press Archive, p. 233, 29 November 1916, the crown 8vo [i.e., small-paper] printing consisted of 500 copies for the American issue and 750 for the English, as well as “300 + 10“ copies on large paper.
