Churchill’s secretarial staff, in black ink to the front free endpaper: ‘For Grace Hamblin This memoir of a dearly welcomed friend - who admired Churchill greatly (despite his own father, who didn’t) with gratitude and warm regards William Manchester 29.9.86’.
Just about a very good copy overall, contents generally clean, cloth unevenly along the edges, jacket with light wear and creasing to extremities, chipping to head of spine panel.
