This undated issue not recorded in NSTC or BLPC. Ownership inscription of Captain Lewis Augustus Cook, 36th Regt. N.I. to the title page. Cook is recorded as a Lieutenant on the Bengal Establishment in the East-India Register for 1843, and the 1858 Register notes that he attained his Captaincy in 1838 and retired in 1851.
