[Title in Cyrillic, translating as] Notes of the Ne'er resident or Will-o-the-Wisp.
A fine copy, inscribed by the author “To David & Jane with the best wishes from the Gardian [sic] of great Chekist traditions. M. Lyubimov. 16.12.95. Moscow.” The Cheka was the first Soviet security agency and Chekism refers generally to the use of secret services to control society.
