Unauthorised and limited edition of a story from the Pyecroft series that originally appeared in the United States in the Metropolitan Magazine for October 1904 and in England in the Windsor Magazine for December 1904. The story was not printed in book form in England until 1937, appearing in Vol. IX of the Sussex Edition.
Modern bookplate to front pastedown, otherwise an excellent copy. Housed in a functional modern slipcase.
