£750.00

An attractively bound copy of the rare ‘Keystone Library’ edition of Churchill’s history of the Eastern theatre or the First World War, originally published in 1931 as the sixth and final supplementary to the World Crisis, Churchill’s famous account of the First World War. The ‘Keystone Library’ was intended by the publisher Thornton Butterworth as a series of lower priced editions of their popular works and included various titles by Churchill.

A few neat pencilled marginal annotations to p. 346, otherwise internally clean, a very handsome copy.
